Our Story

Hi! I am Avery Lipman, proprietor of Cameo's Crunch Granola, and this is my story...
Too much sugar. Too little crunch. That's what began it all. Cameo's Crunch Granola started in my family's kitchen as an experiment. Little did I know that my attempt to create a better granola would lead to a business. It is safe to say, I have sampled almost every packaged granola in Tennessee. What I found was most left me on a sugar high and too many left me thinking "where's the crunch?" That was enough to shove me into the kitchen where Cameo's Crunch was born. Official birthdate: November 2013, with the assistance of family and my friend, Page, all of whom believed!


The goods that make Avery's granola great are 100% natural, gluten free, organic, and dairy free:

^rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, *sesame seeds, *sunflower seeds, *sucanat, golden raisins, dried cranberries, ^brown rice syrup, ^oat flour, *pepita seeds, flaxseed, coconut flakes, unsweetened *applesauce, *peanut butter, *coconut oil, *blue agave, ground cinnamon, kosher salt, nutmeg.
